Position Details
- Work at the centre of a senior executive portfolio, providing trusted, high‑level support to the Executive Director, Aboriginal Engagement and Partnerships

About the role
The Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, Aboriginal Engagement and Partnerships provides high‑level administrative and executive support to ensure the effective operation of divisional priorities, governance and day‑to‑day activities.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the Executive Director's diary, meetings and correspondence, ensuring priorities are coordinated efficiently
- Prepare and format briefs, reports, presentations to a high standard
- Coordinate meetings, travel, logistics and follow‑up actions to ensure the Executive Director is well prepared
- Track incoming correspondence and action items, supporting timely responses and sound governance
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, representing the division with professionalism
About Parks Victoria
Parks Victoria is responsible for managing a diverse estate of more than 4 million hectares including 3,000 land and marine parks and reserves making up 18 per cent of Victoria's landmass, 75 per cent of Victoria's wetlands and 70 per cent of Victoria's coastline. Victoria's parks are home to more than 4,300 native plants and around 1,000 native animal species.
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience providing executive or administrative support in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Experience in diary management, correspondence coordination and preparation of professional documentation
- Certificate or diploma-level qualification in business administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, coordinate tasks and support team members in achieving operational goals
