About the role
The Facilities Officer provides day-to-day support to ensure Parks Victoria's workplaces are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Working under the direction of the Manager – Facilities, this role assists with routine facilities services across offices and depots, including maintenance coordination, contractor liaison, and front-of-house support. The position helps with planned and reactive maintenance activities, office moves, and minor refurbishments.
The Facilities Officer maintains facilities records and systems, monitors service requests, and provides responsive support to staff on facilities-related procedures and requirements.

- Demonstrated experience in facilities, property or building services coordination in a large or complex organisation.
- Sound understanding of day-to-day facilities operations.
- Experience using facilities or work-order systems and reporting tools.
