Technical Assistant (multiple roles)
Location: Bundoora, Victoria
Salary: $56,271 - $72,262 plus casual loading and superannuation

Please note: Due to Machinery of Government changes under Section 30 of the Public Administration Act (PAA), effective 1 January 2023, your employment will be with the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action. Corporate Services, including payroll, will be provided by the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions while a process for the formal transfer of staff in impacted areas is implemented.
This position involves processing of cattle tail hair samples from DairyBio projects for DNA genotyping. The role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to work with other team members. The position reports to the Team Leader in Animal Molecular Genetics, and is expected to work effectively as a member of a team.
This is a casual position available with a work location of Bundoora.
