Learning and Capability Team

Our Learning and Capability Team is seeking a motivated, innovative, and experienced Learning Designer & Facilitator who is passionate about creating bespoke and transformative learning experiences.

About the role

Reporting into the Senior Learning Designer & Facilitator, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders and learners across the Parliament of Victoria and the parliamentary departments to assist with designing, developing and delivering a variety of in-house learning projects. This includes:

  • End-to-end design and delivery of tailored learning projects with a focus on building organisational capability.
  • Adapting effectively as priorities shift, including realigning projects, stakeholders and tasks with ease.
  • Applying inclusive and interactive facilitation styles, with a focus on activity-based learning in both face-to-face and online environments.
  • Utilising human-centred design approaches and strong attention to detail to develop effective, impactful learning content and materials.
  • Consulting, and proactive stakeholder engagement, employing confident communication styles across a range of audiences.
