About the role
Reporting to the Executive Director – Corporate Services, the Chief People Officer will lead the People and Safety directorate, which is critical to the success of Parks Victoria. Working closely with all members of the executive leadership team, the appointee will deliver high-quality, strategic advice on all people-related matters, and lead a superior people and safety function aligned with the ambitions of the organisation. Critical to success in this role will be developing initiatives that foster a positive, high-performing workplace and strengthen Parks Victoria's position as an employer of choice.

An exceptional generalist, you have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to engage at all levels.
