Position Details

The role of Manager Business Information Technology Services sits in the Business Information Technology Services (BiTS) team within the Corporate Services group. The BiTS team provides information, assistance and support across Sustainability Victoria (SV). 

Reporting to the Director Corporate Services, the Manager Business Information Technology Services will play a pivotal role in leading a team of specialists with diverse technical disciplines in the future development and delivery of IT strategy for SV. 

The role requires exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated experience in motivating and building the capability of a high performing team to deliver outstanding results in an agile and complex work environment.

A skilled communicator you will be comfortable working collaboratively with diverse teams across the whole of organisation, critical stakeholders and senior executives to Board level applying your technical expertise and knowledge to advise, influence and support.

Your demonstrated experience in leading a solutions-focused team to deliver technically enabled outcomes ideally within a government environment together with your excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, contract and project management skills will ensure your success in this role.
