Position Details

About the role

Working within the Digital & Creative Communications branch, the Team Leader – Digital Products,has strategic and operational oversight of SV's public-facing websites and web applications, and the design system and web content management system (CMS) that support them.

You will play a key role in delivering a consistent, accessible brand and user experience across our digital products by embedding digital best practices, influencing decisions across different levels of the organisation, and championing the end user.

About you

A proven collaborator, you will bring strong technical expertise in web content management systems, with a focus on providing a great content authoring user experience for our Content Designers, and have significant experience using user feedback and Google Analytics data to inform product decisions.

You will be able to drive the Digital Products Roadmap, effectively working with internal stakeholders to understand and deliver on priorities.

  • In accordance with the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI) guidelines in relation to COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination (Workers) Directions you are required to be fully vaccinated and your employment with SV is subject to proof of vaccination. At 1 September 2022 this means:*

-          three doses for all employees 49 years and under

-          four doses for those aged 50+ years; and

-          optional fourth dose for those aged 30 – 49 years

*unless excepted
