Oracle Cloud Developer

The Role 

The Oracle Cloud Developer supports the delivery, enhancement and maintenance of integrations, reports, analytics and application configurations across the department's Oracle Cloud platform. Working under the guidance of senior developers and technical leads, you will assist with technical support and contribute to solutions that deliver business value and support operational needs.

Main accountabilities:

  • Assist with technical support across the Oracle Cloud platform, including diagnosing and resolving incidents and escalating issues as required.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of system integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Support the delivery of analytics and reporting solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), BI Publisher and OTBI.
  • Support the maintenance and development of Oracle APEX applications and Oracle ERP configurations, including testing and documentation.

The Team

The position of Oracle Cloud Developer forms part of the Information Technology & Workplace Services Branch within the Corporate Services Group.

The Corporate Services Group delivers specialist functions including information technology and workplace services, enabling the department to operate efficiently and effectively while supporting Ministers and portfolio groups. The Information Technology & Workplace Services Branch oversees the delivery of ICT and office accommodation services, ensuring systems and services are well-designed, governed and delivered to meet organisational needs.

About You

  • You have experience providing technical support for Oracle Cloud applications, with the ability to diagnose issues, investigate data and configuration problems and work with vendors where required.
  • You also bring hands-on experience supporting or developing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud or similar technologies and are keen to continue building your skills in analytics, reporting and enterprise Oracle Cloud environments.
