About the role
The System Accountant will be responsible for the administration and improvement of financial systems ensuring systems are reliable, robust and efficient, and provide improved reporting and user experience.
The role administers Technology One (Finance) and supports administrative needs over other platforms and modules including Technology One HRIS, Dynamics 365 CRM, and the developing Enterprise Data Platform. With a background in accounting, the System Accountant has a key role supporting and improving wider finance processes for SV.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have a high degree of IT literacy with significant ERP experience and a working knowledge of accounting processess and functions. You will have well-developed analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to understand and translate business information needs into effective and efficient technical solutions.
Qualifications/Mandatory Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in accounting or related discipline
- Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system administration (Technology One would be an advantage)
- Advanced Excel including MS Power Tools and data modelling
- Experience in creation of complex budget and forecast models (highly regarded
