About the role
As a Senior People and Culture Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a positive and high-performing workplace by partnering with senior leaders and teams to deliver strategic HR advice and tailored support. You'll lead initiatives across performance development, workforce planning, change management, and employee relations—including complex case management and issue resolution.
Collaborating closely with the People and Culture team, you'll champion a consistent, proactive, and solution-focused approach that empowers leaders and supports employees across the organisation. This is a fixed term role until December 2025.
About the Team
The focus of the People and Safety Branch is to develop and support a flexible, sustainable and equitable workforce management model, which is underpinned by the provision of appropriate, consistent and timely human resources strategies, services and processes.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in HR Business Partnering at a senior level, and the provision of expert and technical human resources advice and support across the employee lifecycle
- Extensive experience in case management and workplace relations
- Ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels, with the ability to establish trusted relationships with your stakeholders.
- Proven ability in leading and managing change processes and programs
