Position Details

The Senior Legal Counsel –Litigation & Enforcement delivers effective coordination and management of critical legal advice to support the VBA's enforcement function. Leading a team of legal professionals, this role is responsible for discharging the VBA's legislative powers and appearing on behalf of the VBA and related Boards before Federal and Victorian courts of all levels, the AAT, VCAT, coronial inquests, tribunals and other forums required.

Salary Details

A base salary in the VPS 6.2 range of $139,018 - $159,124 per annum (plus 9.5% super) will be negotiated with the successful candidate, depending on their skills and experience.
