About the role
As the Executive Assistant, your primary focus will be to provide high level organisational, strategic coordination and administrative support to the Executive Director Infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to prepare materials, quality assure board and committee papers, and liaise with senior management across your own and other Divisions. We're seeking a highly organised individual with the ability to facilitate a wide range of activities and seek resolutions to issues on behalf of the Executive Director.

It is a statutory authority with responsibility for managing an expanding and diverse estate covering more than 4 million hectares, or about 17 per cent, of Victoria. The Infrastructure Division delivers a range of projects and programs across the estate which will invest in the protection and enhancement of Victoria's national parks.
We're looking for someone with:
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of protocols associated with working in a Senior Executive office within government, not-for-profit or professional services and proven ability to operate effectively within a confidential work environment
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills including developing professional reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders including Board members
- Strong experience in relationship building, collaborating, and managing the expectations of key stakeholder groups and providing an outcome that benefits the organisation
