About the role
The purpose of this role is to provide technical and functional support, and deliver technical and functional solutions, to Parks Victoria's people and finance systems such as Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle Apex, Interfaces etc. This role needs to deliver enhancements and initiatives by using industry standard and contemporary project and delivery methodologies. Building a strong relationship with the key stakeholders is critical to perform this role successfully.
We're looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or in Information Systems
- Relevant Oracle EBS experience with demonstrated R12 experience. Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud experience will be an added advantage
- Experience of quality assurance, business analysis, and auditing
- Project Management, Information Technology Infrastructure Library [ITIL]

About the Branch
The Finance and IT Division provides core system support services in finance and information technology. The division provides the strategies, business processes and systems to enable efficient and effective management of these core support services to ensure Parks Victoria is financially sustainable, safe and technologically enabled. The Information Technology Services Branch is responsible for the provision of effective and efficient statewide information, communication and business systems delivered through a customer centric service framework for the whole of Parks Victoria. The organisation has a significant investment in and dependency on technology solutions that facilitates several key functions including human resources and identity management, financial management, Budgeting management and business intelligence.
This role will provide specialist support to all people and finance systems, primarily on the Oracle platform.
