About the role and your responsibilities:  

As the Capital Projects Business Support Officer,  you will provide high level support and consultancy services to the directorate by undertaking a wide range of administrative, organisational, analytical and advisory duties.

You will provide support for administrative, transactional tasks such as data entry, reimbursements, training information and data management and contributes to continuous improvement. Other duties include preparation of submissions, reports and other correspondence; organisation of meetings and conferences, including the preparation and dissemination of minutes and other documentation arising from project related meetings and events; collate necessary HR/finance forms.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in an admin/business support team, including proficient use of relevant systems and software
  • Accurate keyboard skills with strong attention to detail
  • A current employee Working with Children Check before commencing employment with us

About the branch:

The Infrastructure and Information Technology Division is responsible for capital projects delivery, asset management, business operations and facilities including fleet management and information technology services through the operations, applications, and innovation, projects and governance teams.

The Infrastructure Capital Projects Directorate delivers a range of projects and programs across the estate including recovery projects following significant storm and fire events.
