Position Details

If this sounds like you, we have a two year, fixed term opportunity available to work as a Lead Modifications Officer with our Buildings Appeals Board.

This is a fast paced and multi-faceted role with interesting and wide-ranging exposure to the building regulations, Building Code of Australia and related legislation, whilst working directly with some of Victoria's most respected building industry professional

The Lead Modifications Officer is responsible for delivering the operational and technical functions of the modifications application processes for the Building Appeals Board (BAB), particularly in more complex applications.

The Lead Modifications Officer is responsible for preparing documentation, assessing applications, and providing general regulation and legislative advice to internal and external stakeholders.

To be considered for this position you will have demonstrated experience within the Victorian Building Regulatory framework and relevant legislation.
