About the role

Based in Blackburn North, this ongoing full time role reporting to the Director Patient Safety and Experience, will:

  •  Provide leadership for the patient experience feedback system
  • Positively impact by creating an open and safe environment for discussion
  • Lead improvement, influence and champion change
  • Develop and manage partnerships and build strong relationships with the community, external agencies and within the organisation
  • Manage resources, projects, changing and competing priorities and achieve individual and team goals.

 About you

Ideally, an experienced health sector professional, preferably with a Clinical, Nursing or Paramedic health qualification you will be passionate about supporting and enhancing consumer experience.  Your excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills will compliment your ability to manage conflict, problem solve and recommend solutions. You will have the ability to influence, gain trust, build and foster relationships with stakeholders, to provide a positive experience.
