Position Details

Join us to become part of Ambulance Victoria's (AV) commitment to deliver Best Care for every patient every time. This exciting newly created role will assist AV to prepare for accreditation against the National Safety and Quality in Healthcare Standards.

About the role

Based in Blackburn North, this permanent part time role (0.8 FTE) reporting to the Director Clinical Governance and Performance, will:

  • Provide expert advice and services on all facets of National Standards Accreditation to the Board, Executive, Managers and clinical teams
  • Develop and maintain accreditation tools
  • Provide education and support to the organisation about the National Standards and accreditation processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation and with external agencies
  • Manage projects, changing and competing priorities and achieve individual and team goals.

About you

You will have relevant tertiary qualifications and experience working towards National Standards in a health environment.  To succeed in this role you will have a strong understanding of systems thinking and data analytics together with excellent problem solving skills. Your collaborative working style and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills will compliment your ability to influence, coach, build and foster relationships across AV and with external agencies.
