About the role

Working as a member of the Southern and Maritime Region Community Engagement and Partnerships team, you will be responsible for working across multiple agencies, project teams and with external stakeholders. You will plan and deliver a leading practice engagement and communications strategy that focuses on clear and timely program information, negotiables, and community preferences and allows for meaningful opportunities for community influence.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Demonstrated experience and a strong commitment to providing timely and high-quality information to the public
  • Skills and experience in project management and governance
  • Previous experience, skills, or interest in a maritime or construction environment would be preferable

If you don't tick every box in this job description, please don't rule yourself out. Research suggests that women and other people in underrepresented groups tend to only apply if they meet every requirement. We focus on hiring people who value inclusion, collaboration, adaptability, courage, and integrity, rather than ticking boxes – so if this resonates with you, then please apply.

Your application will need to include:

  • A current Resume
  • A Cover Letter.

Application Closing date: Sunday, 01 October 2023
