Position Details

Program Manager - Short Term Restorative Care

Moyne Health Services is seeking a highly motivated manager to establish the Short Term Restorative Care packages. This program which provides high intensity short term support to people, aiming to reverse or slow functional decline through a reablement and wellness focus.  Your role will be to establish the team, processes and partnerships to deliver high level care in a community setting and integrate the program with our established Home Care Packages team.
