An exciting opportunity exists for a highly driven and passionate individual to fulfil the role of VPS4 ICT Analyst within Information Management & Technology of the Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPC).
Having recently increased the size of our user base to over 1500, DPC are looking for an experienced ICT Analyst to complement a small IT department and provide direction and support in the provision of technical advice and guidance that will assist DPC in enhancing capabilities and competency with the use of Information Technology equipment and software.
This role would be well suited to someone with experience supporting enterprise level packages, prioritising workloads, and managing the support relationship with vendors. With hosting and support managed externally, you will work closely with the ICT Team to engage with suppliers to ensure they are providing best value services and meeting agreed service levels.
With a highly developed customer focus and outstanding stakeholder management, the ICT Analyst is required to develop and maintain effective relationships with department stakeholders to ensure business needs and expectations are understood and planned for.
Reporting into the ICT Team Leader, and working collaboratively across Information Management & Technology this role will provide support and guidance further developing the teams customer service.
