Position Details

The Operations Branch is part of the Corporate Services portfolio and focuses on providing strategic advice and guidance in relation to Accommodation planning, Facilities and Environmental Management, Systems Administration and Support, Technology and Communications, Information Security, Information and Records management, Freedom of Information, and Fleet and Chauffeur services.

Reporting to the Director Information Management and Technology (CIO), the ICT Manager is responsible for managing the department’s ICT service delivery.

The ICT support team manages DPC’s outsourced ICT providers and provides first line user support across multiple applications. The team also manages telephony across the department and agencies.

You will have demonstrable experience leading an ICT teams, and a highly developed customer focus and outstanding stakeholder management, the ICT Manager is required to develop and maintain effective relationships with department stakeholders to ensure business needs and expectations are understood and planned for.

Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.

The closing date for this position is Sunday, 30 April 2017 midnight.
