Almost every year between June and September the Southern Right Whales return to the waters off Warrnambool and often swim within a hundred meters of the shore.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced (five years post qualification) professionals for the full time position of Team Leader within our South Western Centre Against Sexual Assault unit (SWCASA). Part time applications will also be considered.

This senior role requires skills that include the capacity to lead staff in delivering high quality and responsive specialist services, and in fostering a strong and sustainable service.  The successful candidate will have experience in encouraging continuous learning, a focus on excellence in client outcomes and the ability to display flexibility and capacity to lead a multi-disciplinary team

SWCASA provides a service focussed on addressing the personal impact of sexual assault and family violence but also offers professional and community education to reduce the incidence of and improve the community's response to these issues.
