Position Details

An exciting opportunity exists for a talented and passionate individual to join the Human Services Branch as a Manager.

You will lead and manage a team, and provide authoritiative and expert advice to the Premier and senior executives on a range of human services policy issues. You will initiate policy analysis relating to the development, co-ordination and implementation of government policy, develop options for resolution of policy conflicts, and prepare, oversee and quality assure briefs, submissions, correspondence and reports on a range of complex and/or sensitive issues.

To succeed in this role, you will have strong people management, strategic policy and interpersonal skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic, engaging and flexible work environment. 

A relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage.
