Public Record Office Victoria (PROV) supports the effective management and use of the public records of the state of Victoria, in order that the government is accountable to the community and its historical memory is preserved, secure and accessible. PROV is an administrative office within the Department of Premier and Cabinet. We provide professional, customer oriented services that are driven by our values and a high performance culture. Position Details

The People & Culture Business Partner role is a true generalist positon which sits within a small and supportive People & Culture team. We are highly collaborative, have a strong focus on best practice and like to provide a value add service for the organisation.

PROV is currently undergoing a period of change and, to a degree, the new operating environment is unknown. The key challenge for this role is to ensure that the organisation continues to grow and learn, whilst maintaining a positive workplace culture.
This is a busy and highly autonomous role which requires a degree of flexibility and a strong attention to detail.
