Position Details

The People & Culture Officer is a generalist role which provides operational support to the People & Culture team plus the wider organisation.

This role acts as the first point of contact for People & Culture enquires and will contribute to a wide range of activities including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, policy development, reward and recognition, organisational planning and performance planning.

We are a small People & Culture team servicing around 60 staff members. We are well respected by the organisation and have a strong focus on best practice. 

This role is a 0.8 FTE but may also suit someone looking for a 0.6 FTE.
