Executive Project Officer
Public Record Office Victoria (PROV) supports the effective management and use of the public records of the state of Victoria, in order that the government is accountable to the community and its historical memory is preserved, secure and accessible.

PROV is an administrative office within the Department of Premier and Cabinet. We provide professional, customer oriented services that are driven by our values and a high performance culture.

Position Details

The Executive Project Officer provides high level support to the Director and Executive group including the coordination of reporting and Ministerial briefs plus general administrative support.

This role is also key to coordinating and facilitating various committees including the Public Records Advisory Council and the Council of Australasian Archives and Records Authorities (CAARA).

This is a senior role reporting to the Director. The successful candidate will be working in an autonomous but supportive environment and has the chance to make this role their own.
