Position Details

Two exciting opportunities exist to join the Governance Branch as a Policy Officer, focused on public sector industrial relations and workforce matters.

We're seeking applicants who are genuinely interested in the development of a capable, effective public sector workforce and the policy and industrial relations arrangements that support it. The successful candidates will have relevant knowledge and skills in policy analysis, communication and stakeholder management and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.  Knowledge of industrial relations legislation and policy frameworks would be an advantage.

Governance Branch provides advice and support to the Premier, the Special Minister of State, and the Secretary in relation to the operations of the Victorian government, including public administration, Victoria's accountability framework, governance and the public sector workforce (executive and VPS).

The closing date for this position is midnight Sunday 26th November 2017.
