Position Details

Ambulance Victoria (AV) is now recruiting for an experienced Enterprise Applications Support Analyst to join their Transformation & Strategy Division.  This is a full time, permanent ongoing position based at Blackburn.

The primary objective of this business relationship focussed, technical business analyst role is to facilitate the operation, improvement and implementation of AV's on premise and cloud based critical operational and corporate enterprise applications. A demonstrated strong understanding of business functions and process improvement delivery via technology is essential. 

 

About the role

Reporting to the Business Applications Manager, to qualify for this opportunity you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience as a dynamic Application Support Analyst in a large enterprise scale environment supporting and managing a wide range of on premise and cloud technologies.
  • Demonstrated end to end Enterprise Business Application support (primarily Microsoft and Cloud) from business analysis to technical implementation and configuration.
  • Experience in the provision of end to end SharePoint 2013/2016 support, integration and development with experience in Nintex Workflows and Forms, Reporting and Project Server.  
  • Experience with a wide range of Azure offerings including API Management and PaaS
  • Provide specialised advice on the implementation of new projects and the integration or impacts to existing systems
  • Coordinate escalation of support issues to internal or external support providers including working with and management of vendors to achieve satisfactory problem resolution
  • Participate in Information & Technology applications projects in the role of project team member or technical specialist
  • Adhere to the AV code of conduct, policies and procedures which incorporates AV's organisational expectations employees and managers as amended from time to time. This includes but is not limited to, Health and Safety, Quality, Business Continuity and Risk Management Responsibilities.
  • Compliance with ICT Security policies and practices

 

About you

You will be a business focussed, outgoing and dynamic team player with a strong technical background, supplemented with a strong focus, understanding and experience in the implementation and operations of a wide range of technology into a complex, fast paced environment.

Your experience will be in an enterprise scale environment with a broad system management skillset with a focus on end to end SharePoint technologies and other common Microsoft technologies including Azure.

You will be supported by Tertiary qualification in an IT or business discipline and/or significant experience and ITIL qualification – foundation level or above.
