An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and motivated individual to lead the development and delivery of a multi-year strategy of high priority sport and recreation activities and community outreach programs across the Latrobe Valley, with the aim of improving employment, health and social outcomes through increasing participation in sport and active recreation.

This position is provided under the Latrobe Valley Sports & Community Package, which involves a partnership between the Victorian State Government and the Collingwood Football Club.

The individual will be employed by the Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPC), and based at the Latrobe Valley Authority (LVA) in Morwell.  The partnership with Collingwood Football Club will enable a close working relationship with Collingwood's community development and youth programs team.

The closing date for this position is midnight Tuesday 26 December 2017.
