Position Details

Reporting to the Deputy Official Secretary - Operations, this leadership position will manage on-site corporate functions and provide strategic advice on a range of complex issues. This position is most suited to someone with previous corporate experience in government, high-level written and communication skills and experience developing high performing and collaborative teams.

Reporting directly to the Deputy Official Secretary – Operations your day to day tasks will include but not be limited to:-

  • Providing advice to the Office executive in financial management.
  • Develop, manage and recommend policy and systems in ensuring continuous improvement of corporate services within the Office.
  • Provide leadership and management to administrative staff.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other Government departments and agencies, service providers and external stakeholders.

To be considered for this role you must have proven experience in a similar type of role.
