Position Details

The Inclusion and Fairness team leads the planning and development of capability to enable and support positive cultural change, positioning CFA as an accessible, diverse, and safe organisation for all people.

The Administration Support Officer works independently to provide efficient and effective customer service and administration support to the Inclusion and Fairness Team.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Relevant administration skills and experience
  • Excellent computer literacy skills (including MS Office and databases)
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build good working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work proactively, with minimal supervision and to work effectively as a member of a team
  • Ability to draft standard documents, correspondence and reports to a professional standard
  • Culturally aware - considers situations, activities, decisions and outcomes from the perspective of how people of different ethnic, religious, professional or social identifications might view them.
