Permanent Hours/ Casual

We now have a fantastic career opportunity for a highly motivated, customer service focused person to join our Health Information Services team at the West Gippsland Health Care Group. You will be responsible and accountable for the day to day activities of reception ensuring administrative, clerical and reception services are provided to internal and external stakeholders of the organisation.

This is a casual position to work within the hospital reception. The days and times which may include evenings and weekend shifts are subject to change according to department needs.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to operate in a changing environment and work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
  • Good organisation and planning skills.
  • A strong team player with demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
