Position Details

Associate Nurse Unit Manager
Permanent & Part Time hours available
Sub-Acute Care

We currently have permanent part time/fulltime/casual hours available in our Subacute Care program for suitably qualified Registered Nurses.


  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Recent hospital experience or Gerontology Geriatric Assessment or Rehabilitation Nursing
  • Demonstrated sound level of nursing skills and works within safe practice principles.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Well-developed communication, interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Commitment to oversee the processes required for a quality service with a patient centred focus.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work 24/7 rotating roster.
  • A commitment to a team approach to care delivery.
  • Current entitlement to work within Australia – the West Gippsland Healthcare Group is not currently offering sponsorship for these positions.
