Position Details

Improvement & Innovation Advisor

0.5 EFT

Fixed term 12 months

 

Central Gippsland Health require an enthusiastic and continuous improvement focussed individual with hospital patient management experience and working in multidisciplinary teams, to work in partnership with the General Manager Quality Improvement & Innovation.

 

This position requires providing leadership and expertise for quality improvement, innovation and change management activities across the organisation.  Along with clinical leadership, project management, change management and process improvement expertise to assist in the scoping, planning, diagnostics, implementation and evaluation of projects in the Improvement and Innovation program.

 

Particular focus will be on quality improvement capability development across the organisation, supporting the ongoing development and management of improvement and innovation projects, and implementation of the person centred care project.
