Position Details

Moyne Health Services is seeking a Marketing & Communications/ BOM Services Manager to join our team. This is a newly created role and reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

The primary aspect of the role is to shape the next phase of MHS's strategic brand and marketing platform by identifying opportunities for brand development and engagement, acknowledging the unique characteristics within the communities.

The second aspect of the role is dedicated to supporting the CEO in the execution of MHS's strategy through executive Board support operations. Through high level, efficient and accurate executive support, and advice to the CEO, this role ensures the CEO can focus on critical strategic issues that drive business outcomes, individual and team performance.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of Moyne Health Services Communications and Marketing strategies
  • Responsible for writing, editing and designing internal and external communication materials and publications.
  • Assists with development and coordination of public relations strategies.
  • Maintain website and manage social media platforms
  • Evaluate effectiveness of communications and make recommendations
  • Assist in coordination of employee, Medical Staff, and public recognition events.
  • Act as public relations liaison and contact person for the news media
  • Support the CEO in various engagements, formulating agenda development and content for key events.
  • Prepare Board papers, whitepapers and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure the CEO is appropriately briefed for internal and external relations.


Requirements:

  • Post graduate qualifications in communications or marketing.
  • Extensive career experience in a senior professional role, including executive Board support.
  • Demonstrated ability in providing marketing and communications advice to senior management and Ministerial office.
  • Expert communications and marketing capabilities with proven results, particularly in strategic brand management.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing, implementing and evaluate marketing and communication strategies, plans, policies and practices.
  • Marketing collateral creation, development and execution
  • Ability to forge and manage partnerships to optimise MHS's capacity in terms of brand awareness and corporate identity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs, Social Media particularly Facebook, Pintrest Twitter
