Position Details

South West Healthcare delivers a recovery focused, family oriented mental health service, which provides an excellent broad spectrum of clinical skill development for clinicians. The service utilises a predominately cognitive behavioural framework, and provides extensive training and educational opportunities for all staff. Manageable case numbers allow the opportunity to implement the most recent evidence based treatments.

 An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably qualified and experienced health professional (Social Worker, Registered Nurse, Psychologist or Occupational Therapist) to join our Mental Health Team at our Camperdown Campus as a Mental Health Clinician. Part time (64 hours per fortnight) applications will be considered for this temporary (12 months) position.

 As a valued member within our multidisciplinary Camperdown Mental Health Team, you will undertake a case management role supporting consumers with severe and persistent mental illness living within the local community, their families and carers through clinical and non-clinical treatment as short and long term recovery-orientated case management. 

Remuneration, benefits/salary packaging and conditions of employment will be negotiated with the successful applicants in line with qualifications, skills and experience. Relocation Assistance may be available to appropriate candidates.
