Position Details

Senior Assessor, Executive Classification Assessments, Workforce Branch:

The Workforce Branch within the Victorian Public Sector Commission are seeking a Senior Assessor to conduct executive work value assessments within a large Victorian Government Organisation and support key stakeholders within defined timeframes. You will be responsible for analysing large amounts of role information, conducting multi-faceted interviews and preparing and presenting high quality reports.

To be successful you will demonstrate experience in engaging and consulting with multiple stakeholders particularly with senior management,  high level planning and organisational skills, and the ability to anticipate and address barriers to achievement. Recruitment and employee relations experience is highly desirable.
