Position Details

We currently have a position vacant with in our Emergency Department in the role of Care Coordinator. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Registered Nurses or Allied Health Professionals.

The Emergency Department Care Coordinator is overseen by the Primary and Community Services Division. The role is responsible for working with the Emergency Department teams to drive and deliver best practice patient care and flow, facilitating operational effectiveness and strong partnerships within the hospital and outside South West Healthcare.

Minimum of five (5) years' experience in relevant acute/community setting is essential.
