Position Details

The CFA is committed to becoming a more diverse, inclusive and fair organisation. As the Inclusion & Fairness Coordinator for the South West Region, you will be responsible for coordinating inclusion and fairness initiatives into every aspect of our business and in the delivery of CFA services. You will work in partnership with your colleagues, senior leaders and communities in the South West Region and state-wide.

Your role will also focus on the portfolio of disability. You will provide advice and lead projects to help ensure that CFA's facilities and services are accessible and its practices for engaging with our communities are inclusive.

You will be a part of the new Inclusion and Fairness team, which is responsible for developing and delivering programs, providing advice and supporting positive cultural change so that CFA is an accessible, diverse, and safe organisation for all people.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating of diversity and inclusion associated projects and an understanding of project management methodologies with knowledge in the preparation of professional project reports and briefing materials.
  • Proven experience in reviewing and implementing continuous diversity strategic improvement initiatives and processes to enhance service delivery capability and outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of cultural awareness, with the ability to communicate well with, relate to and see issues from the perspective of other cultures.
