Position Details

Be a part of Ambulance Victoria's (AV) commitment to deliver Best Care for every patient every time.  An exciting opportunity has emerged to join the Clinical Governance and Performance team and help improve data use, identify trends and manage risks.

About the role

Based in Blackburn North, this ongoing full time role working with the Principal Quality Performance Analyst, will:

  • Provide business analytics and performance reporting functions for Quality and Patient Experience (QPE) division
  • Develop quality and patient safety metrics through research and analysis
  • Work collaboratively across our organisation to consult and provide advice and maintain strong relationships
  • Manage projects, changing and competing priorities and achieve individual and team goals.

About you

You will be degree qualified in a relevant field with significant experience in a performance or data/patterning and trend analysis/business intelligence related role.  To succeed in this role you will possess strong IT skills and be experienced in the use of Business Intelligence reporting products, geospatial data and GIS systems.  In addition, your strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills will enable you to identify risks and provide positive outcomes.  Together with your excellent communication and people skills, you will be confident in engaging and developing strong partnerships.
