Position Details

This Policy Advisor vacancy is within the Transport team, which plays a vital role in shaping the delivery of Victoria's infrastructure.

This is an opportunity to work at the centre of the Victorian Government during a time of significant investment in infrastructure which is required to meet the needs of a growing population.

Core duties of this role include providing high quality policy advice and analysis to the Premier, DPC Secretary and other senior officers across a range of transport issues. The role also involves working closely with the Department of Treasury and Finance, Transport for Victoria, the Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources, and other related Government bodies to help develop, influence and guide policy development and project delivery across the infrastructure portfolio.

This role will utilise strong policy, analytical and communication skills, allied with an ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively in a team environment.
