About the Role and You

As a Claims Officer, you will be responsible for end to end management, assessment and settlement of domestic building insurance claims within the Domestic Building Insurance (DBI) Claims Team.

You will be given the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of claims, interpret the claims data to provide valuable insights aiding recommendations, and maintain effective relationships with your stakeholders to maximise the consumers claims experience.

You will also be surrounded by a team of experienced claim handlers, and have the opportunity to collaborate to optimise the service delivery and outcomes for our consumers.

To be successful in this role, you have proven experience in the administration of claims, the ability to consistently demonstrate resilience when managing a claim and by being inquisitive, by seeking all relevant information to make a decision when resolving a claim.
