Position Details

The Concierge will be the important first point of contact for the Latrobe Valley business support service. The successful applicant will have a strong drive to provide excellence in customer service to deliver improved outcomes for businesses in the region.

The service will be piloted for 12 months using the principles of co-design to ensure the service best meets the needs of the business community. The incumbent will greet clients as they engage with the Business Support Service and guide them through how to access the information they require. The access may be through providing information or offering a referral to the agency which can best assist.

The Concierge will work closely with the Business Support Service Working Group to design and test the ongoing improvement of the service.

The closing date for this position is midnight on Tuesday, 20 November 2018.
