Position Details

The Assistant Director, Corporate Services is responsible for the strategic management and leadership of all business services that support PROV. In this role we are looking for a candidate who is results focussed, collaborative and is able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

This is an exciting time at PROV. We are currently implementing a major digital transformation program. This role will have proactive oversight of the project and will ensure it is completed as scheduled.

The Assistant Director, Corporate Services is a hands on position responsible for leading an engaged Corporate Services team.

The successful candidate will provide authoritative advice to the Director and Executive team on all aspects of corporate and business matters including:
• budget and finance
• risk
• facilities
• technology services
• communications and marketing
• strategic planning and reporting and
• people and culture

This role is a member of the PROV Executive team and is responsible for delivering the outcomes set out in corporate and business plans while acting as a role model for our values and behaviours.
