Position Details
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and skilled Registered Nurses to become part of a dynamic team in the role of Associate Nurse Unit Manager in our Medical Unit. We currently full time and part time permanent and temporary positions vacant.
The ANUM is responsible for the promotion and maintenance of clinical standards, ensures the delivery of quality patient care, strategic and effective cost management, supervision of staff and contribute to the overall management of the unit. The role may present the opportunity to act for the Nurse Unit Manager when required.
Successful applicants will require well developed competency and analytical skills in the clinical field, and have the ability to communicate and manage efficiently at all levels.

The successful applicant must hold a current Working with Children (WWC) Check and will be required to consent to and undergo a Police Record Check and provide evidence of current Immunisation status in alignment with South West Healthcare's Immunisation Policy.
