Are you ready to bring your commitment to excellence and innovation to our People and Analytics Branch and the VPSC?  

The Branch:

The newly formed People and Analytics Branch will provide strategic leadership and innovative thinking about public sector workforce issues and lead and draw upon the Commission's data collection and analytics functions.

The Role:

Reporting to the Commissioner and/or Deputy Commissioner, the Executive Director provides executive oversight to the People and Analytics Branch by providing strategic leadership and innovative thinking consistent with the Commission's Strategic and Annual Plan.

You will drive thinking about workforce trends and opportunities and continue recent work to build the Commission's data and analytics functions.  Working autonomously with stakeholders at a senior level and supporting the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner in leading the organisation, you will negotiate complex issues and solutions across the Victorian Public Service and Sector.
