Position Details

We have an exceptional opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join the CFA team in our Burwood Headquarters.

Joining our Infrastructure Services directorate, you will provide effective, efficient and confidential administrative support to the Executive Director and the Executive Management Team of five.

With a background in senior administrative roles, you will be highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload and successfully balancing competing demands and interruptions. With a strong attention to detail and the ability to research and analyse information, you will be skilled at preparing high quality documents and presentations.

You will also possess a proven capability to build relationships and effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that all matters are dealt with in a responsive and professional manner

The keys to your success will be:

  • Relevant senior administration experience within a large and/or complex organisation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong and cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Superior organisational and time-management skills with an ability to manage and coordinate a range of office functions and projects.
  • Ability to work proactively, with minimal supervision and direction and as part of a team.
  • Ability to source and analyse information to develop professional documents and reports.
  • Exceptional computer literacy skills particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and manage business improvements.
