Position Details

The Clinical Trial Team has a vacancy (32 hours per fortnight) for a suitably experienced person to undertake the role of Clinical Trial Administrator.

The role includes administration activities related to support the effective running of clinical trials working with the Clinical Trials Support Officer, Clinical Trial Nurses sponsors, investigators, Cancer Trials Australia and the Victorian Regional Clinical Trial Network.

The main focus is to enter clinical data and information, answer data queries and maintain all associated trial documentation on patients who have been entered into local, national and international oncology clinical trials. An ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, work systematically, and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.  You must have excellent database and document management skills.  You should ideally have experience in dealing with clinical research data and knowledge of oncology would be advantageous. The successful applicant will be flexible and demonstrate excellent organisational skills and will be required to follow direction, policies and procedures.
