Position Details

The opportunity with us

As an Administration Officer, you will be part of a small team of people who provide a variety of administrative support to the Service Delivery Division, who in turn deliver an integrated range of harm prevention and recovery programs and services to our clients. Primarily, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that systems and processes are in place to manage your work, ensure consistency and promote quality.  
  • Providing diary management support to members of the Service Delivery Leadership team as agreed.
  • Managing and co-ordinating operational and administrative activity to ensure the delivery of a superior level of service to stakeholders and clients with agreed priorities and timelines.
  • Coordinating events and the associated logistics. This may include venue bookings, catering, the preparation of agendas, distribution of pre-reading, small projects and taking full ownership to ensure the events run smoothly.

With experience working in similar administrative roles you take pride in your work and ability, independently and as part of a team, to proactively meet deadlines and achieve goals. You possess strong communication and organisational skills along with a strong client service orientation.
