Position Details

Service Victoria is an Administrative Office within the Department of Premier & Cabinet and is charged with simplifying, improving and modernising essential government transactions and delivering customer service.

The IT Service Transition Analyst will report to the Director, Digital Customer Service Support and will work across Service Victoria's business and technical areas. You will have the rare opportunity to shape and influence the state's future by joining a vibrant new organisation that is changing the face of government.

The role is currently based in our modern offices in Footscray on the city fringe close to public transport, with excellent bicycle facilities and will relocate to the purpose-built Ballarat GovHub Centre in late 2020 early 2021.
